The Virtual Monitoring Platform has built-in Escalation features whereby the account manager can prioritize the Contact List. All settings and Contact details can be updated at any time by anyone granted access to the account. No more faxes to a Central Station to make simple changes.


The platform currently supports any telecare/lifeline unit able to use the Contact ID protocol. Other DTMF alarm formats will be supported in the future by popular request. Calls can be sent to any SIP enabled IP phone which may in turn be setup to forward calls to landline or cellular numbers.

This service works over the Internet and requires the use of a custom provisioned Linksys device.
